Creative Exchange is now accepting submissions for Dark Brilliance, a juried blacklight art exhibition. The show will be on view from October 13 – November 8, 2025 at the Gilbert Center Gallery in Downtown Ruston.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Open to all artists, ages 18 and older.

• Artwork must incorporate a glow-in-the-dark, blacklight, or lighted element. The exhibition will be displayed under dim lighting and blacklights.

• Eligible mediums include 2D and 3D works.

• Ceiling-hung installations are not permitted. Works must be suitable for wall display or pedestal placement.

• Artists may submit up to two (2) works; each piece will be juried individually.

• A $10 submission fee is required per artwork submitted. Submission fees are non-refundable.

• Each artwork requires its own form submission. Do not add information for more than one submission per form.

• All accepted pieces must be ready to install upon arrival (wired, bracketed, or hook-ready). If using an alternative display method, contact Creative Exchange for approval before submitting.

• Artists are responsible for the delivery and pickup of their artwork to Creative Exchange. If the artist opts to ship their work, the artist is responsible for all costs associated with shipping and must supply a return label.

• All accepted works must be for sale. Sales will be handled by Creative Exchange with a 40% commission on all works sold.
